WildPass Unlimited — Membership Terms

WildPass Unlimited is a subscription service: $65.00 is charged to your payment method when you join and automatically every month thereafter on your billing date until you cancel or pause. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal; continued membership after notice is acceptance of the new price.

All membership fees are nonrefundable, including for partial months, unused passes, cancelled bookings, properties leaving the program, or memberships you forget to cancel. Passes do not roll over between months and have no cash value. Where a refund is required by applicable law, that law controls.

You can cancel anytime, online, in one click from the membership page — the same place you joined, with no calls, chat queues, or retention offers. Cancellation stops all future charges; your membership stays usable through the end of the already-paid billing period, then ends. You can also pause for 1–6 months: billing stops during the pause, member passes are disabled, and billing resumes automatically on your chosen date unless you cancel first.

Up to 25 day passes per calendar month at participating properties (non-commercial, day-duration passes only). Overnight stays, season leases, hourly passes, and commercial-harvest passes are not included and book normally. Participating properties can join or leave the program at any time; host rules, capacity limits, required waivers, and the assumption of risk apply to member visits exactly as to paid bookings. Membership is personal and non-transferable; abuse (pass resale, claiming for non-members) ends membership without refund.

New memberships open state-by-state once enough properties participate in your home state. Once you are a member, passes work at participating properties in every state.

The majority of each monthly fee (currently 80%) funds payments to the landowners whose properties members visit, allocated by days visited; the remainder funds the platform. This allocation is internal to WildPass, may be adjusted, and creates no rights for members — your fee purchases the membership benefits above.
